The unprecedented success of Shymkent rowers forced to talk about them all over Europe. Our champions returned from the World Cup in rowing and canoeing, which was held in the Czech Republic and Poland. Medals won at these competitions can be called historic. First Shymkent took several gold and silver medals at various distances.
In parallel with the adult team competed for medals and the young athletes at the International Youth Regatta in Slovakia and at the Youth World Cup in Germany. Four gold, five silver and one bronze medals say that Kazakhstan in the sport came to the world level.
