Beach impasse

Last weekend in Atyrau started swimming season. But only formally.

- The swimming season officially opens on June 15, but the city's beaches are not prepared - dirty beach, dredging is not done, - the expert of the regional water-saving service Aslan Omarov. - Usually the owners of beaches appeal to us, so we cleaned up the bottom, but as now the owners have no beaches, such a letter we received.

The city has two beaches - close to FLC "Atyrau" and in Zhilgorod. As The kids are on vacation, and the weekend was roasting under 40, the citizens, without waiting for the official opening, find salvation in water.

In this regard, the rescuers are asked to comply with safety rules: do not jump from piers, bridges, adults do not leave children unattended, do not use makeshift swimming facilities.

- We conduct daily raids and read the safety rules on the speakerphone - says Omarov. As for the owners of beaches, then, according to the head of the financial department of the city of Murat Aitzhanov, during the tender, which was held in early May, the activity was zero. Re-tender will be held on June 19.
- At present, the beaches have trustee - LLP «West Energy Service», - We contract with them not to revoke. But they refuse to work - they say that it is unprofitable. Apparently, beach business onerous for businesses, there is in fact strict.

Deputy Director of LLP «West Energy Service» Abzal ZHOLAMANOV spoke only of zhilgorod beach:
- Last year, we took zhilgorod beach, but now sent a letter to the city's finance department, which we pass the object back, we will not serve due to financial difficulties. Attendance is good, but after all this business is not profitable for us. Perhaps, who knows the system, will be able to pick up a beach thing. But we did not come out victorious.
-What have you managed to do last year?
- Have put umbrellas, deck chairs bought. Funds from the budget is allocated, we are all doing their own expense.

The problem arises abandonment beaches every summer. Will there at this time who wish to take their service? The question remains open.
